Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Emberfield product you may return it for a refund, credit or replacement within 14 days of receiving the order.

Please contact us prior to returning your goods. Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted.

All returned items must be in an unused and undamaged condition with original packaging included. Once we have received the returned product, please allow 3-7 business days for processing. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We are unable to refund postage costs.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned product. Please ensure the goods are packaged securely so they are not damaged during transport. 

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you have received your order and it is damaged or you have received the incorrect product, please contact us immediately. Please email us at Emberfield.assist@gmail.com with your order details and photograph of the damaged goods. You will be required to return the product back to us via post or courier. Once we have received the returned order you will then be sent a replacement.

Exceptions / Non Refundable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned products. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be credited to the original method of payment, within 7 business days.
