Candle Care

Candle Care

When burning for the first time, ensure wax melts all the way to the edge of the glass to prevent tunnelling. Our soy candles are slow burning and long lasting, it may take between 3-4 hours to achieve a full melt pool.

Any wax residue left on the glass will usually melt down in subsequent burns.

Ensure wicks are straightened and trimmed to 5mm prior to EVERY burn. Correctly trimmed wicks will prevent large flames, excessive soot, and ensure the longevity of your candle.

Do not burn candle past the last half inch of wax.

Glass jar can be repurposed after use, gently clean jar with warm soapy water to remove wax.

Never leave a candle unattended, always burn your candle within sight.

Do not burn for longer then 4 hours at a time.

Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.

Do not move a lit candle, allow candle to cool completely before handling.

Burn candle on a level, fire resistant surface.

Never burn on or near anything that can catch fire.

Keep the wax pool free of debris, trimmings, or foreign materials.

Keep candle away from draughts and vibrations.

Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Reed Diffuser Care

Carefully unscrew the silver cap and remove the stopper, add the cap back on and insert 5-7 reeds. Reeds may eventually become clogged with dust or oil, so we recommend keeping the remaining reeds to replace when needed.

Place reed diffuser in a high traffic area, where it cannot be knocked over. This encourages air circulation and helps lifts the fragrance.

Diffusers offer a continuous subtle scent without the need for an open flame.

Place a coaster or similar under your diffuser to prevent any oil drips from damaging your surfaces.

Clean up any spills immediately as diffuser oil may stain or strip surfaces.

Emberfield diffusers come with fibre reeds, which don't require regular flipping.

Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Light may damage the fragrance and essential oils.

Keep reed diffuser our of reach of children and pets.

Do not light the reeds.
